Martha Sanders Obituary
Martha Louise Sanders, age 78, of Mindenmines, Missouri passed away April 21, 2025, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, Missouri.
Martha was born February 14, 1947 in Webb City, Missouri to Oswald Howard Schroeder and Florance Bernice Tubaugh. On August 20, 1965, Martha married Lewis Howard "Red" Sanders Jr. in Golden City, Missouri.
Martha dedicated over three decades of service to Barton County Memorial Hospital, working in the dietary department for 31 years. Martha was known for her strong work ethic, kind spirit, and unwavering love for her family.
Survivors include two daughters, Wendy Ahlberg of Mindenmines, Missouri and Lisa Sanders of Shawnee, Kansas.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2025, at Daniel Funeral Home in Lamar, MO.
