I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Marty since I was a rookie cop in the 110 pct in 1972. He was a terrific boss . Our paths crossed after our retirements while working for NYS investigating Medicaid fraud. He was a great friend and human being and I will miss my chats with him. Rest in peace Marty
