Martin Hestrin, resident of Burleson, TX, formerly of Oak Hill, CA, passed away on August 13th, 2024 in Fort Worth, TX at the age of 73 years.
Martin was born on February 5th, 1951, in Long Beach, CA, and raised in Whittier, CA. He later married Sandy Hestrin (Miller) in 1970. Throughout his life, he held jobs in various industries where he worked in the architectural metal business, as a real estate investor, realtor, and even owned a vending machine business. He was known to be kind, loving, and honest. He was a hard-working man with a great sense of humor. He was a long-time member of several churches throughout his life and he loved hiking and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Hestrin; his children, Martin Hestrin Jr. and wife Tanaya Hestrin, and Robin Soto and husband Larry Soto; his grandchildren, Martin Hestrin III, Zach Hestrin, Isaac Hestrin, Morgan Soto, and Athena Soto. He was preceded in death by his dad, Mike (Mauniss) Hestrin; his mother, Nita Hestrin; and his brother, Jerry Hestrin.
