We just finished our 50th class reunion. Your name came up often as we caught up with each other's lives.

You should have been there and in a way you were. You are remembered. And loved.

You were such a good friend. I was blessed to know you. As were so many others.

Marty, we graduated from Somers High in 1965. You were such a kind, gentle person. I'm proud to have known you. My thoughts
and prayers to your family. You will always be remembered.

Marty, I saw your name recently as part of a memorial and remembered some of the good times we had when working together. You are missed.

Remembering - I wanted to write to say we remember you and think of you as we go on. We miss your being, but feel your presence. I believe that your spirit is our angel watching over us in a dangerous world. Remembering you keeps you with us and brings us peace in turmoil. In this season of renewal and everyday since we “lost” you we keep you and your loved ones in our thoughts and prayers. Peace to you.

Sad to see the name Marty Michelstein today. There was a Marty in Somers, NY High School whose brother Jay was a good friend in 1958-9.

I pray that this Marty's family has heard the condolences of a million people - that might give some small measure of peace to them.
