IN LOVING MEMORY OF MARTIN PEREZ

Martin R. Perez, age 70, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and man of deep Catholic faith, Martin fought a long and courageous battle with heart and kidney disease. Even in his hardest moments, he carried a quiet strength, a strong will, and a love for his family that never wavered.

Born to Rita and Eugene Perez, Martin was raised with the values of hard work, family, and faith - values he carried throughout his entire life. He was the kind of man who worked tirelessly, loved deeply, and gave generously to anyone who needed a helping hand. He found joy in simple things: spending time and laughing with family, never missing a chance to make someone smile, telling stories, wood working, and watching his grandchildren grow. His presence brought comfort, his humor brought light, and his honesty earned the respect of everyone who knew him.

Martin is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary Perez, who stood by his side with unwavering devotion through seasons of life. He leaves behind his children - Lorena, Martin, Michael, and Veronica - who will forever hold his guidance, strength, and unconditional love in their hearts.

He also leaves a beautiful legacy through his grandchildren: Reina, Julian, Liana, Alina, Josiah, Briella, Natalie, Celina, Mariah, Destiny, Elaina, Elise, Emma, Gunner, Saxon, and Addison as well as five great-grandchildren, all of whom filled his life with joy. To them, he was not just a grandfather - he was a protector, teacher, and a steady source of love. He is also survived by his siblings Maryann Ramos, Eugene "Bibo" Perez, Lillian Perez, Rudy Perez and Anthony Perez.

Martin was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Rita and Eugene Perez, whose memory he cherished deeply.

A devoted Catholic, Martin found peace and strength in his faith. His family takes comfort in knowing he is now resting in the presence of God, free from pain and reunited with loved ones who went before him.

A Rosary will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on December 4, 2025 from 5-7 for veiwing.

Church service will be held at St. James Catholic Church on December 5, 2025 at 11am followed by his burial at Resthaven Funeral Home.

Though his passing leaves a deep ache in the hearts of those who loved him, Martin's legacy of love, faith, and strength will live on in his family for generations. He will be dearly missed, forever remembered, and always cherished.
