Martin W. Ritchie

Martin & I enjoyed many times together in our younger years. Games @ Gaelic Park in the Bronx & a shared summer in Ireland in 1969. He always had a twinkle in his eye & enjoyed listening to & telling great stories. He was also an accomplished bagpiper upholding his father´s Glasgow roots. His memory will live on with all who knew him.

Brother Martin was a special brother and friend[after 80 years you leave this earthly
home. May all your loving family who have gone before you, welcome and embrace you. You always had a good story and enjoyed a good laugh; Iwill keep those in my heart and memory.
May all the Angels guide you on this new journey.

Martin, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
