Martin William "Marty" Toth, 54, passed away on November 20, 2025, in
Matthews, North Carolina, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born on May 9, 1971, in Alma, Michigan, Marty was the son of Rebecca Lint Webb and Martin Joseph Toth. From an early age, he demonstrated a strong sense of dedication and resilience-qualities that would define his life both personally and professionally.
Marty proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for six years, achieving the rank of Corporal while stationed in Jacksonville, North Carolina. His time in the Marines instilled in him a deep sense of discipline and loyalty that remained with him throughout his life.
After completing his military service, Marty built a life centered around hard work and devotion to those he loved. He was known for his unwavering commitment to his family and friends and for creating joyful moments that brought people together. Whether it was grilling out on a summer evening or hosting lively karaoke parties filled with laughter and music, Marty had a gift for making others feel welcome and cherished.
An avid golfer, Marty enjoyed the camaraderie of the game as much as the sport itself. Whether on the course or at home surrounded by family and friends, he embraced life with enthusiasm and warmth.
He found great joy in spending time with his loved ones and was especially proud of his role as a husband and father. He is survived by his beloved wife, Heather Williams Toth; his son, Jordan Hunter Toth; and his daughter, Makenzie Noelle Toth. His presence will be deeply missed by them all.
Marty also leaves behind his mother, Rebecca Lint Webb; his father, Martin Joseph Toth; and his brother, Matthew Joseph Toth. Their lives were enriched by Marty's strength of character and generous spirit.
Marty's legacy is one of perseverance, loyalty, and love-a life lived fully despite adversity. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
