Marvene Rose was active in Preston Trail Chapter NSDAR and loved her Revolutionary War Patriot, Abraham Hinkle, VA, PS. She was loved dearly by our chapter. We missed her when she moved to North Carolina, but she continued to support the work of our chapter.

Marlene was a faithful member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church while she lived in Denison, Texas. She was a beloved sister in the Order of Daughters of the King. We were so sorry to lose her when she moved to North Carolina.
