Marvin and I shared coming of age years from high school and beyond. We enjoyed so many laughs with the Broadway gang that still make me smile some 50 years later. The corner of 74th and Broadway was where we all figured it out about life, growing up, and becoming responsible citizens.
Marv was a dear friend and confidant whose life enriched the lives of those who knew him.
May he rest in peace.

My earliest memory of Marvin was of a four year old boy with the most beautiful brown eyes I´ve ever seen, at his family´s butcher shop on Broadway. In high school, he was always kind, always gentle, always had a sweet smile and a kind heart. Marvin was special.

I only knew Marvin through his wonderful partner Anna. He was such a gentle Man. Always smiling and had a great sense of humor. I always enjoyed seeing him. I pray he rests in peace and is out of pain. His leaving is a great loss to those who knew him.
