Marvin M.H. Gowins was born August 28, 1973 in Brooklyn, N.Y. Marvin left this life on October 11, 2025.
Marvin went to Thomas Jefferson High School in Brooklyn, N.Y. and attended LaGuardia College in Long island City, Queens. Always the hard worker, he was a manager at Nordstroms in Long Island and Starbucks in Manhattan.
Marvin is preceded in death by his mother, Eunice Hale Gowins and father, Allan M.H. Gowins, Sr.
Marvin leaves to mourn, his sister, Joyce Gowins-Savary and brother-in-law, Oscar Savary, his nieces, Shanoa and Cheyenne and his nephew, Tyree. His sisters and brothers, Gwendolyn, Linda, Allan Jr., Harold, Constance, Emanuel, Renee, Raymond, Jamar, Robin, Rashawn, Shante, Damien, Nikki, Terri, Chiroya and Alice and their spouses. His aunts, Cynthia, Nina and Shelia, his uncles, Washington and Howard and a hosts of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Marvin was a lover of music and fashion. He always loved and wanted to be around family. He will be cherished and remembered by those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
