Marvin was born on June 26, 1937 and passed away on Friday, September 13, 2019. Marvin graduated from Decker High School in 1955 and was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church where he had served as Sunday School Superintendent, Treasurer, and a Sunday School teacher, and served his country in the Army Surviving are his wife Donna (Painter) Hacker whom he married on February 12, 1961; his children, Steve Hacker and his wife Linda of Vincennes, Scott Hacker of New Jersey, Brenda Anderson and her husband Luke of Terre Haute, and Kevin Hacker and his wife Cheryl of Vincennes. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at St. John Lutheran Church with Rev. Ron Maxwell and Rev. Nathan Rastl officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Monday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
