Judy and Dennis,
We are so thankful to have met "Mr. Marvin" just a few months ago. The first time we visited with him we went away having been Blessed. Even at the age of 90 he had such a sharp mind. He was so pleasant to be around and was quite an entertainer with a great sense of humor. He will be missed by many. It was very obvious that he was a man with many friends that cared for him deeply. When he was in rehab for several weeks it seem that when daily visiting hours came around he always had people waiting to visit with him.
We are praying that God will comfort you and give you His strength during this difficulty time.
May our caring thoughts and prayers help to bring you peace.

I have lost a friend. As you know Marvin was my father's buddy (Jack Moss).- He and Lummie purchased the home my parents had built and I had grown up in. But the best memory that I will ever have of dear Marvin is that he introduced me to my husband, Mack. In 1966, invited me to meet and have lunch with he and Mack at Locke's BarBQ (my uncle Irvin's place)-There I met Arland " Mack" Mc Call and four months later married him; and had almost forty two beautiful years together. I spoke with Marvin a few months ago to let him know that our Mack had passed away.I know that Marvin, Daddy, and Mack are in Heaven "catching up" on all those years they have been apart--I really wish I could be listening to those conversations.I shall smile as I remember a man filled with such a love of people and of life.
May God wrap His arms around each of you and give you comfort.
