I met Marvin in the mid 90's when we were moving equity out of Hawaii into the distressed real estate market in Texas and predominate in Houston. A valued business associate and friend. He was trustworthy and I could always rely on his knowledge and business acumen in commercial real estate. Men like Marvin are few.

Laughing with you and at you at the hilarious stories you would tell on yourself-they were unbelievably hilarious! You loved, you laughed and you enjoyed life with passion.
