Berger Almeter; Dear brother of Thomas (late Barbara) Almeter and the late Paul (Sue) Almeter; Dear aunt of Kathleen, Carl (Lisa), Kenneth (Pam), Adam (Cody) Almeter, Margaret (Robert) Shotwell, Amy (Ken) Pearl, Elizabeth (Andy Hogan) Almeter and 14 great-nieces and nephews and 8 grand-nieces and nephews. Friends may call at D. LAWRENCE GINNANE FUNERAL HOME 3215 Delaware Ave. Kenmore, Sunday (Jan. 19th) 2-4 PM. All are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Paul's RC Church 2930 Delaware Ave. Kenmore Monday at 10 AM. Please meet at church. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials to Mt. She had a beautiful soul. Kind, caring, talented. Still put out stockings she made for my children many years ago. Learned a lot from her about compassion, caring, and treating everyone the same regardless of ability during my early years working at WSDC. May she rest in peace.

We became friends through the Mount Saint Mary Alumnae Association. A very special lady!
I am so grateful Mary knitted Christmas stockings for all of my Grandchildren. We will cherish her memory.

Mary was a devoted and loving employee of the West Seneca Developmental Center and a cherished friend/coworker. She was kind and caring to everyone she encountered. It was a privilege to know her. Blessings to her and her family.
