It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of our precious daughter, Mary Ann Loehrer, who was born on June 3, 2025, and left us the same day. Though her time with us was brief, her impact on our hearts was immeasurable.
Mary Ann was named after two beloved great-grandmothers, a beautiful tribute to the legacy of family and love that surrounds her. She is survived by her devoted parents, Brian and Augusta Loehrer, as well as her doting grandparents: Sean and Julie McMonigal, Joe and Karen Loehrer, and John and Bonnie Florek.
She leaves behind an extended family of aunts and uncles all of whom will cherish her memory: Austin & Jess McMonigal, Ashton McMonigal & Amber Peterson, Max and Allura Harasen, Tyler Rice & Danielle Clark, Kaysi Florek, Bailey & Cheyenne Florek, Trey Florek, Chase Florek, and Audri Lutz. As well as cousins who were waiting to play: Aria, Alice, Jade, Everette, Myla, and Carter.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her three older siblings, who never made it Earthside but are undoubtedly welcoming her in Heaven.
A special and heartfelt thank you is extended to the dedicated staff of the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center OB and Labor and Delivery departments. Your kindness, compassion, and care during Mary Ann's brief time with us will never be forgotten.
Though she was only with us for a fleeting moment, Mary Ann will forever be in our hearts. So wanted. So loved. Forever missed.
Services for Mary Ann will be held at St Andrew’s Catholic Church in Brainerd, MN on June 20, 2025. Visitation beginning at 10am and Mass at 11am-lunch to follow. Interment will happen at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred as we search for the right nonprofit to donate to in Mary Ann’s honor.
May she rest in peace, surrounded by love and the memories of those who will always hold her close in their hearts.
