Mary Anne Freeman, nee Jaworski, age 69 of Brookfield. Beloved wife of Tom Freeman, loving mother of Kevin (Ryane) Freeman, Jessica (Matt) Schabowski and Kyle (Samantha) Freeman, cherished grandmother of Shane, Leah, Reid, Lucas and Chloe, dear sister of Jennifer Jaworski, Gary (Glenda) Jaworski and the late Joe Jaworski, fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Mary Anne Freeman, a woman whose energy and zest for life touched everyone she met, she was truly a bright light. Her passion for gardening brought beauty to her home and joy to those who visited, while her talent in the kitchen delighted family and friends with countless delicious meals.
Mary Anne’s deep love for her husband, children and grandchildren was evident in the time and care she devoted to them, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime
Mary Anne’s family and her many, many friends are mourning her loss but also celebrating the vibrant life she led. She will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the way she made every moment special. Though she is greatly missed, her spirit continues to brighten the hearts of all who loved her.
A celebration of life will be held to honor Mary Anne’s memory and celebrate the joy she brought into the world. In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to remember Mary Anne to spend time doing something she loved—whether it’s tending a garden, cooking a favorite recipe, or creating a piece of art.
Mary Anne Freeman will forever remain in our hearts, her legacy of love and light carried on by her family and friends
Mass will be Friday, November 14, 2025 from 11am -12pm at Holy Guardian Angels Parish (formerly St. Barbara Church) 4000 Prairie Avenue, Brookfield IL 60513.
Followed by an open house at Irish Times (8869 Burlington Ave, Brookfield IL 60513) from 12pm-5pm. Your presence and memories will help honor Mary Anne’s remarkable life and the joy she brought to all of us.
