Mary Beth Bandola

Mary Beth Bandola, 66, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on March 14, 2026, after a brief illness.

Mary was a kind and loving woman who brought warmth to everyone she met. She had a special love for animals, especially horses and cats, and found great joy in caring for them. Mary also had a great passion for sewing and quilting, lovingly creating handmade pieces for those she cherished. Her quilts will remain treasured keepsakes and lasting reminders of her generosity and love.

She was truly one of the kindest souls and was always willing to lend a helping hand and put others before herself.

Mary is survived by her sister, Michele Houfek of Cape Coral, Florida; her brother, Paul Bandola of Cape Coral, Florida; her nephew, Schuyler (Kayla) Houfek and son Kaiden of Cape Coral, Florida; and her nephew, Michael Houfek of Olympia, Washington, along with other loving family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Her beloved cats, whom she adored, will continue to be cared for and loved by family.

Mary will be laid to rest privately, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
