Mary Graf Bard

Wife of the late William Robert Bard. Daughter of the late Herman Graf and Emma Graf (nee Koop). Our dear cousin and friend to many.

Mary was a long-term member of Second Presbyterian Church, where she served as an Elder, Trustee and Deaconess. She was the Church Historian and had wide knowledge of the church and its history. She gave many tours to groups visiting the historic church.

Previous to her marriage in 1969 she served as librarian at the Washington University School of Business. She was a 20-year volunteer at the Missouri Botanical Garden Research Division.

Services: Private interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, 7800 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Louis, MO, 63114, on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 9:30 am. Memorial Service to follow at 11 am at Second Presbyterian Church, 4501 Westminster Place, St. Louis, MO, 63108.

Memorial gifts may be sent to Second Presbyterian Church, 4501 Westminster Place, St. Louis, MO, 63108, or to Project Cope, 3529 Marcus Avenue, St. Louis, MO, 63115.

Mary was my dad´s (Herman Koop) last first cousin on his dad´s side. I didn´t know her very well, but I know she was a kind, generous person.

Mary was my dad's (Frank Dehne) last living 1st cousin. I hadn't heard from her the past couple of years and am so sorry I never got to meet her.......
