PORTAGE/COLUMBUS-Mary L. Carmichael, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison. She was born on April 10, 1953 in Columbus to Sherman and Maree (Altschwager) Carmichael. Mary graduated from the Columbus High School. She was employed at Northwoods of Wisconsin Inc. in Portage, an employment service for adults with disabilities, for over 40 years.
Mary is survived by her sister-in-law Kathleen Carmichael of Naperville, IL; niece Kristin (Mitchell) Louis of Naperville, IL; nephew Craig (Andrea) Carmichael of San Francisco; Mary's beloved great nieces and nephew Madeline Louis, Benjamin Louis, Stella Carmichael; other friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Craig. Funeral services will be held a 12:30 P.M., with visitation beginning at 11:30 A.M., on Monday, June 20, 2022 at Jensen Funeral & Cremation, Columbus.
