Kathleen, Billy, and family:

Ann and I send our condolences on the passing of your mother. We are deeply sorry for your loss. May happy memories of your mother help alleviate the sadness that you are now experiencing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mary will always be our auntie Molly who we will remember as a kind, caring person with a zest for life. To us kids in England she brought a little excitement to our post war austerity childhood. Slightly exotic with a colour camera in hand, her visits back home for family gatherings left vivid memories. On a later visit I remember my dad Richard singing an Irish ballad to her. Not a dry eye in Bond Street Catholic Club as she really was off to Philadelphia in the mornin'.
Singing [with her Scottish friend] when we visited her in Glenside and again over Skype on the anniversary of VE Day We'll meet again'' and listening to her recall dancing around Leigh town square on VE Day. All lovely memories which we hold dear.
Kathleen and family, you are very much in our thoughts at this sad time. Lots of love from Denis and Joan. Susan, Sheila, Ann and Jean also send their love. God Bless. X
