Mary Ellen loved being a gammy to her four grandchildren, classical music, drawing, playing the piano. She had a huge appreciation for the Arts. Enjoyed being in the kitchen and sharing a meal with her family. She enjoyed her time working as a Social Worker. She was a proud graduate of Notre Dame College of Ohio. She loved her Irish heritage and going out for a cheeseburger and a beer.
Mary Ellen was the loving mother of Margaret (Michael) Tolosa; gammy of Hayden, E.J., Zander and Esme; sister of Ann Virant (Jim deceased) and Joanne Rolesavage; aunt of Michael (Sonya) Virant and Jackie (Rich) Skotzke; cousin of many.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday Dec. 9 at 10:30 AM at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave. in Willoughby, where the family will receive friends Tuesday Morning from 10 AM until time of Service.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Contributions to any Fine Arts or Cultural Arts organization would be appreciated to continue supporting her lifelong love of the Arts.
