Mary was a great friend and constant supporter. I enjoyed knowing and visiting with her and always looked forward to seeing her. She will be missed! Blessing to Blake and Katy.

From all of our family please accept our condolences in the loss of your Mother. She was a friend of our family for around 50 years, and especially a companion to my Mom as they spoke on the phone several times every day in recent years. She will be missed.

Mary was a wonderful woman and I am still in disbelief that she has left us. She was full of laughter, kindness and integrity and I am proud to say that she considered me her friend. We shared almost 40 years of friendship, and I will never ever forget her. I have had the pleasure of being around Katy and Blake since they were babies and can attest to the fact that they have grown into young adults with the same wonderful qualities their mom had and which she taught them. They are both kind, loving and caring and my heart absolutely breaks for them. Our prayers and thoughts are with you both.

We didn,t get a chance to meet Mary Etheridge,but knowing Blake and seeing what a good,decent man that he is makes us believe that he was able to get these fine qualities from a women who cared so much for the well being of not only her children,but of everybody that she had contact with.We pray that you are at peace Mary,knowing that you have raised a fine young man such as Blake. a

Mary, a most magnificent example of a beautiful woman inside and out will be forever missed. She was a wonderful example always of what a Christian woman should always be. I loved her so. I am so very sorry for Katy's and Blake's loss.

Mrs. Etheridge was one of the first moms I really got to know at SMH and always enjoyed talking to her.
