Mary Foster Obituary
Mary Carol Boyd Foster, 81, of Marion, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.
She was born February 13, 1944 in McDowell County to the late Perry Jonas Boyd and Pauline Beatrice Lowery Boyd. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Steven Keith Foster. She was formerly employed in retail sales and was a loving wife, mother, and sister who will be missed.
She is survived by her son, Scott Foster, and one brother, Perry Boyd.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Turkey Cove Cemetery with Pastor David Edwards officiating.
