Mary D. Giberson

Mary Darlene Giberson (née Brennan), age 85, passed away on March 27, 2026. Born on April 21, 1940, Mary was raised in the Syracuse, New York area, where she learned the values of family, hard work, and compassion that would guide her throughout her life. Mary met and married Gary M. Giberson, and together they built a life rooted in love, commitment, and shared interests. After their marriage, they moved to New Jersey and made their home in the Medford and Mt. Holly areas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary, whose memory remained close to her heart. Mary was the devoted mother of Cheryl D. Giberson, Diane L. Cino and her husband Vincent, and Daniel P. Giberson and his wife Michele. She was also a proud grandmother to Adam D. Garber, and her family brought her great happiness throughout her life. Mary was the sister of the late Ann Fravel and the late John Brennan. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Mary made her career as a Registered Nurse with Virtua Hospital in Mt. Holly, where she served others with professionalism, compassion, and care. Through her work, she made a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients. Mary enjoyed the simple pleasures that made a house feel like home. She and Gary spent time gardening at their homes, and she appreciated the charm found in antique shops and loved discovering unique treasures. Mary also had a deep love for animals, especially her cats, reflecting the gentle spirit that defined her life. Services will be private.
