Mary Januszewski Obituary
Mary was very well known at Pica's Restaurant in Upper Darby where she was a waitress for 35+ years. She was also an avid bowler and participated in the adult recreational league at Wynnewood Lanes.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late John Leo Januszewski; loving mother of Mary Walker (Pete) and Megan McShane (Jeff); caring step-grandmother of Mia; dear sister of Dennis Dunn, Celie Kelly (Skip), and Penny Maguire (the late Paul). She was predeceased by her two brothers Jimmy Dunn (Ted) and Harry Dunn.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 8:30-10:00 AM Saturday, June 4, 2022 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, followed by her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Interment St. Denis Cem. In lieu of flowers, contributions to American Cancer Society of Greater Philadelphia, PO Box 30386, Philadelphia, PA 19103, , would be appreciated.

On behalf of the Boomtowners of South Philly let me express our sincere condolences to Mary's family. She and her husband John attended many of our reunions and we always enjoyed her pleasant and upbeat personality. Whever my wife and I ate at Pica's Restaurant we always enjoyed her company. We will always remember the good times we shared together. May she rest in peace.

To Mary's family, I wish to send my deepest condolences. Mary and I were bowling teammates at Wynnewood Lanes and when our team moved to Sproul Lanes. She was wonderful to be around and always was asking about my son. She loved seeing pictures of him. She would spoil us when she waited on us at Pica's. I will miss her.
