Mary Elizabeth Josie of Enumclaw, WA, passed away on October 13, 2021. She was born April 23, 1933, at home on the family farm in Enumclaw to Martin and Marie Holdener.

After graduating from Enumclaw High School, she married William R. Josie and raised their two boys on the family farm. Mary spent her retirement years traveling the country and golfing with her second husband, Loyd Hipp.
Mary leaves behind two sons, Rick (Cathy) Josie of Enumclaw, Ed (Cathy) Josie of Enumclaw; her 11 grandkids; and her 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Martin Holdener; grandson, Jacob Edward Josie; and husband, Loyd Hipp.
