Mary Kotula

Mary Kotula, 91, of Finleyville, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025. She was born November 21, 1933, in Glennwood, a daughter of the late George and Mary Fechko. Mary was a homemaker and member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville. She was past president of the Finleyville Forever Young Club and enjoyed going to bingo to be with her friends. Surviving are three sons, Frank (Mary Sue) Kotula, Michael (Jan) Kotula, and Kevin (Carla) Kotula; a daughter, Kathleen LoPresti; nine grandchildren, Michael, Natalie, Casey, Joseph, James, Constance, James, Charles, Carmen; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, George Fechko; two sisters, Margaret Jasko and Dorothy Fechko; sister- in-law, Janice Tompkins; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Frank Kotula; and brother, Albert Fechko. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 25, in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 26, in St. Francis of Assisi Church (St. john XXIII Parish), with interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Everyone is asked to meet directly at church. Memorial donations can be made to a charity of one's choice.
