Mary Jo Kroeger

Mary Jo Kroeger, of Sebring, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026. Her love for life was always present; she was charming, funny, sincere, and beautiful, lighting up every room she entered.

Mary Jo had an amazing talent for decorating and a deep passion for golf, reading, and playing cards. Above all, she cherished time spent with her friends and family. The true love of her life was her husband of 43 years, Robert. Together, they shared a marriage that most people only dream of or read about—a true love story.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James O. Reed II and Elizabeth Gwinner Reed.

Mary Jo is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Kroeger; her brothers, Doug Mullins (Dawn) and James Reed (Gina); her niece, Rachel Reed; her nephew, Hunter Reed (Kim); and her grand-nephew, Grady Reed.

She is also survived by her loving in-laws: Mark (Beth) Kroeger and their children, Chad and Ryan; Karen Kroeger; Julie Ratti (Tony) and her children, Adrienne Morra-Clemens and Dennis Morra; and John Kroeger; as well as many beloved grand-nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life in Mary Jo’s honor will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sun 'n Lake Country Club in Sebring.
