Mary Little Obituary
GoGo was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, daughter of the late William Henry Appling and the late Mary Alice Ferell Appling. For many years, she worked as a Title Abstractor, carefully researching and analyzing property records. She was an amazing cook, was deeply devoted to her family and loved spending time with them. Her kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jackson Little, Jr., brother, Buddy Appling, sisters, Betty Baird, Patsy Oglesby and Sandra Jones, and her daughter-in-law, Barbara Lamb.
She is survived by her children: Charles "Mike" Little and Kaye Mayo (William); four grandchildren: Kimberly, Kelly (Joe), Kevin (Tammy) and Billy (Yolanda); eleven great-grandchildren: Mitch, Adrienne, Brody, Brittany, Tiffany, Michael, Matthew, Hunter, Logan, Caylee (Joey), Cayden and Aubree; four great-great-grandchildren: Elizabeth, Jackson, Delilah and Kasen.
A celebration of life service is being planned.
