Mary Cleo Martinez

Mary passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 10th, 2025, at the age of 85. Born in Larimer, Wyoming, she made Aurora, Colorado her home for the past 52 years. Mary devoted many years to her work at Golden Age Manor Nursing Home, where she managed the kitchen staff and brought comfort to countless residents through her dedication and care. My mom touched the lives of everyone around her with her incredible strength, kindness, and unwavering love. She cared for my children while I worked, always making sure our home was filled with warmth, comfort, and her home-cooked meals. Her support carried me through more than she ever knew, and I truly could not have done it without her. In addition to spending time with her family, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including reading, cooking, and playing bingo. Mary was the proud mother of four children: David, Lori, Tony, and Loni, and she lovingly adopted her niece, Renee. Mary was blessed with grandchildren, Secanda, Vanessa, Kendrick, Alex, Isiah, Azriel, and Shilow. As well as her great-grandchildren: Hasiah, Jerimiah, Jasiah, Aliannah, Elijah, Malachi, Amari, and Vincent. Each of them brought her tremendous joy and pride.
