MARY E. MATTES

(nee Princiotto)-72, of Cape May, NJ and formerly of Woodcliff Lake, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023. Born in Queens, NY, Mary was the eldest of five siblings. They spent the majority of their childhood in Allendale, NJ where many great memories were created. Mary will be dearly missed and forever loved by her family which includes her husband of 50 years, Peter Mattes; three sons, Justin Mattes, Christopher (and Natalie) Mattes and Petey (and Susan) Mattes; siblings, Sal (and Debbie) Princiotto, Charles N. Princiotto, Jr., Geraldine DiLorenzo and Matthew (and Shannon) Princiotto; 2 grandchildren, Zander and Quinn; as well as nieces and nephews. To celebrate Mary's life, relatives and friends will be received from 10 AM until 12 Noon on Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Robert Spearing Funeral Home, Inc., 155 Kinderkamack Road, Park Ridge, NJ rsfhi.com.
