Mary Alice McFall, a devoted teacher of the Word, loving wife and grandmother, left this world on October 3, 2025, at her home. Born on January 28, 1950, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Mary lived a life that served the Lord. To all who knew her, Mary was a lover of the Word and a mighty prayer warrior. Her dedication to serve the Lord leaves a legacy that resonates throughout the lives she touched. Mary’s greatest earthly treasure was her family. She adored her grandchildren—Oakland, Crosby, Rhyland, and Zoe—who brought her immense joy. She embraced every moment spent with them. Mary shared a beautiful bond with her husband, Richard McFall, celebrating 54 years of marriage this year. Charles McFall (son), Erin Leigh McFall (daugher-in-law), Amy McFall (daughter), and Jean Ricks (sister), held a special place in Mary’s heart.
Those left to honor her memory find comfort in the words she cherished: "Jesus, You're the center of my Joy." As they gather to celebrate her life, they remember a woman whose spirit was a treasure—a soul whose words of wisdom echoed in the hearts of many, and whose love will forever guide them.
Services will be held on October 10, 2025, at Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes Athens, located at 4355 Lexington Road, Athens, GA.
