Mary Mitchell Obituary
Mary Lou Mitchell, age 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026. Born in Everett, Kentucky on September 12, 1937, she was the cherished daughter of Charles and Claudia Sergent (née Rice).
Mary was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Charles and Claudia Sergent. She leaves behind a loving family, including her sons Gregory (Cindy) Mitchell and Stephen (Rhonda) Mitchell, as well as her grandchildren: Brett Mitchell, Holly Mitchell, and Shannon Mitchell Ryan. Mary will also be remembered by a host of other family members and friends who were touched by her kindness and spirit.
A private graveside service to honor Mary will be held at Bridgetown Cemetery.
