Mary Mohr Obituary
November 29, 1936 - October 19, 2025
With heavy hearts, we share that Mary Mohr passed peacefully on Sunday morning, October 19, 2025, just weeks before her 89th birthday. Her life was filled with love, service, and joy.
Born in Wisconsin to William and Althea Dupies, Mary was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Jack and Don; sister Jane; and beloved husband George Mohr, married in April 1958 and together for 56 cherished years until his passing in 2014.
A devoted special education teacher, Mary inspired students to reach their potential. Her compassion extended through community volunteering, generous spirit, and legendary cooking.
In 1999, Mary and George made Texas Enchanted Valley Ranch their second home, turning "The Roost" into a Packers party haven. She later danced at community events and spent her final summers RV-adventuring nationwide with dear companion Wayne Fox, forging lifelong memories.
Mary is survived by sons Mike (Wisconsin), Mark (Wisconsin), and Martin (with Tracy, Florida); adored grandchildren Mel, Monica, Megan, Calvin, Weston, Garret, Alex, and Jordan; great-grandchildren Savannah, Penny, Alena, and Archer; special friend Wayne Fox; her Enchanted Valley family; and countless friends whose lives she touched.
Rest in peace, dear Mary, you were, and always will be, truly special.
Mary's Celebration of Life will be held at the Enchanted Valley Ranch Clubhouse
