MARY PACHL
March 1, 1936 ˜ September 18, 2024
Mary (Binstock) Pachl passed away, Sept. 18, 2024. Mary was born March 1, 1936, to Peter and Mary Eva (Sticka) Binstock. Mary grew up at the family farm near Schefield, ND, and attended St. Pius Catholic Church and school. In 1955, Mary and George Pachl were united in marriage. To this union eight children were born, Gary (Mariella), Joyce (Fred), Rhonda (Don), Kaye (Mike), Carol (Dave), Russ (Marianne), Michelle and Monte (Robbyn). In 1979, the family moved to Vancouver, WA. Mary retired from Memorial Campus Hospital in 2005. After retirement Mary volunteered at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church for 15 years. Mary is survived by six of her children and their spouses. Her sisters, Rose Senn, Cecelia (Claude) Frank, Bernie Binstock, Hilda Binstock, and Leona Kessel; and sisters-in-law, Elaine Binstock, Leona Pachl, Rose Pachl and Madonna Pachl. Mary had 22 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services to be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Vancouver, WA. Mary will be greatly missed.

I was introduced to Mary by her husband. George was a fellow Knight of Columbus, and Mary in Catholic Daughters of America. Mary was always interested in what activities our children were participating in, and her smile would change anyone's day. As part of Catholic Daughters, Mary assisted in the reception of our daughters wedding.
