Sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I remember Mary from growing up in Grabill and from her many years at Grabill Bank. Mary was a wonderful mother to Carolyn, Jeanne and Linda.

Oh sweet, dear, Mary, I just heard of your passing today and my heart is broken.
You were always a class act, so lively and energetic...a real treasure. You made going to the bank fun, especially watching you try to get upon the high chair behind the counter.
I remember when you fell in the bank parking lot, so I bought cleats for your boots. You never failed to thank me for trying to keep you safe, and let me know that you didn't leave home without them. I'm just glad that it made you feel safer to go out in the winter.
I will miss seeing your "driverless car", as you were so tiny no one could see you behind the wheel.
I will miss that million watt smile.
I also remember your telling me about dancing with your husband, even though we were both raised in denominations that frowned on dancing. Personally, I think you danced right up to the throne of God... and He loved it!
Please tell my dear husband that I love him and I said Hi when you see him. He got such a kick out of you at the bank. Now, I'm sure you'll have a lot of laughs.
Mary, you were such a staple and treasured part of this community. You are loved and will be so missed. Your family and friends have been blessed beyond measure at having you in their lives.
See you later....
Love,
Deb Heller
