Mary Alevia Payne, age 73 passed away December 8th 2024. Mary was born on March 4th 1951. She is preceded in death by her parents Samuel Santangelo and Margaret Horn, along with her Son William Santangelo. She is and will always be the strongest woman this world has ever known. She was a best friend and wonderful mother. Her family was the most important thing to her. Everybody who knew her loved her, and she loved them. She was an avid animal lover. She had great faith as a Christian woman. She loved Jesus and worshipped him faithfully. She loved to sing, play cards, and watch movies. Mary’s vibrant spirit shone brightly throughout her life. She was a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and truly remarkable woman who dedicated over 30 years to her career. Her green thumb flourished nurturing plants with the same love and care she bestowed upon her family and friends. Her pride in her children and grandchildren was evident in everything she did-nothing brought her greater joy than their accomplishments. Mary’s greatest pride came from her children. She is lovingly survived by her children Anita Payne, Patricia Fouch and Jamie Payne. She welcomed all 13 of her grandchildren into her heart with open arms. These relationships enriched Mary’s life immeasurably and were a source of immense joy and pride for her. Though she has left this world, Mary’s compassionate spirit will continue to inspire those who knew her. We remember the laughter she brought into our lives and the countless ways she made the world a better place. May her spirit live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will truly be missed. This world lost a beautiful person but Heaven has gained a spectacular, loving, and caring angel.
