Mary Kathleen (Kay) Radloff, age 88, passed away peacefully in Grants Pass, Oregon, on August 7, 2025. She was born in Anacortes, WA to Howard & Rhoda Boulton, joining her sister Gwen, and grew up in Concrete, WA. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University and earned her Master's degree at the University of Wisconsin, where she met Harold. For nearly 25 years they lived in Laramie WY, over 30 years in Modesto CA and moved to Grants Pass OR in 2024 to be closer to family. She lived a life marked by grace, kindness, and loving the Lord. Kay was a beloved presence in the lives of all who knew her.
She is survived by Harold, her husband of nearly 65 years; two children: Cheryl (Ron) Muzingo of Grants Pass and Hal (Kristine) Radloff of Sandia Park, NM; two grandchildren: David Radloff and Zachary (Lindsey) Radloff; along with 5 cousins and 3 nephews. Kay will be remembered for her unwavering love and devotion to her family, her gentle spirit, her love of singing, her baking (pumpkin bread and zucchini bars!) and the warmth she brought to every room.
A memorial service will be held at Prescott Evangelical Free Church, 3000 Prescott Rd, Modesto, CA on Saturday September 6, 2025, at 11 a.m. followed by a lunch reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Modesto Pregnancy Center, 2801 Coffee Rd Ste. A5 Modesto CA 95355.
