To all the Simmet children and their families:
Wish I was with you at this time, your parents were wonderful people and I am very proud and happy to have been a part of your lives for so many years. Your Mom and Dad are once again together and they are in a better place. I remember your Dad singing "Oh God, it's hard to be humble" and your Mom with her beautiful smile. Wonderful times!!!
My prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this time.

Dear Simmet family,
Our sympathy goes out to you and your families from the Peterson family across the valley in good old Maplewood. Growing up as neighbors, we always appreciated your parents hospitality and always respected them as parents. We'll miss your Mom. We have a lot of great memories.
Regards and condolences,
The Petersons

Words cannot adequately express our heartfelt sympathy to all of Mary's family. We, who treasured her friendship, just want you to know how special she was to us as well. How much fun we had as MN neighbors leaving signs in the window for each other, FL friends cooking Thanksgiving dinners, playing golf, going to the theater or just to the neighborhood movie. There is a hole in my life. So sorry not to be there. Bob joins me in saying farewell good and loyal friend.....Yvonne

Nancy you and your family are in our prayers. I remember meeting your parents and chatting with your mom at the airport waiting for your return from Australia. I also remember the generosity of your parents at the cabin making those visits wonderful and memorable.

Mary was such a friendly, outgoing person, who never forgot her old friends. The last few years we could count on Mary to be at St. Jerome's at Christmas and Easter, and she always took time to visit with us. We also enjoyed seeing her at the "Old Timers" picnics we had for many years. The most important contribution by Mary and John, however, was the fine family they raised. Our synpathy--she will be greatly missed.
