Sorry to hear the news. Mary attended our DAR chapter meetings while she worked on her lineage to her Revolutionary War patriot. Her application was approved by NSDAR in 2024 and we installed her at the Anne Hutchinson tea ceremony that autumn. We enjoyed her friendship and she is missed.

So sad to hear about Mary´s passing. She had been long time friends with my mother. I had known Mary many years since I was a child my self growing up and going to visit her with my mom. She was always available to me with advice when I needed it. She will be sorely missed. Till we meet again.

I worked with Judge Smith as a court reporter in the 1990s until her retirement. I´m sorry to hear this news, she will be missed.

Mary was a dear friend for many years; the news of her untimely death is devastating. She was incredibly accomplished and so much fun to be with. I mourn her loss and send condolences to her family.

I will miss Mary and the time we spent together especially our ballet series and lunches at the ABT.
