STRADA, MaryAnn, passed peacefully on December 24, 2025. She was 91 years old. Originally from Roslyn Heights, she was a longtime resident of Westbury, New York. MaryAnn was the beloved wife of Ernest J. Strada, (deceased) former Mayor of the Village of Westbury. They were married 65 years. She was the loving and devoted mother of five children and is survived by her daughter, Susan Cronin, son, Joseph (Peggy), and son, Michael (Andrea). She was predeceased by her son, Thomas (Terry) and daughter Jennifer Iannotti. She was the cherished grandmother of six: Holly, James, Thomas, Kaitlyn, Justin, and Christina. She was also a great-grandmother to six: Thomas, Brooke, Jordan, Alison, Blaire, and Graham. MaryAnn was born to Stanley and Jennie Kotkiewicz. She was predeceased by her cherished sister, Charlotte Ford (James) and beloved brother, Stanley Kotkiewicz (Jessica) and is survived by her sister, Janet Kotkiewicz. MaryAnn leaves behind many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors. Her genuine kindness and warmth towards everyone she knew were defining qualities that made her the wonderful woman she was. MaryAnn will long be remembered, and she will be sorely missed by all.
