Thank you for this gentle memory and reminder of Sister Mary Jean's first anniversary of death. Her generous spirit and leadership in founding the Parish Nurse Program at St. Vincent Medical Center is her lasting legacy. My continued sympathy to Sister's family and her Daughters of Charity community.

My sincere sympathy to Sister Mary Jean's family, the Daughters of Charity with whom she shared her generous life, friends, the St.Vincent Medical Center Parish Nurse Program and her many friends and associates she enjoyed so much at St. Vincent's Bridgeport, Ct. Sister always greeted everyone so warmly and through her many connections established the Parish Nurse Program throughout the Diocese of Bridgeport, Ct, allowing so many lives to be impacted by health education and care. I am in awe of Sister's continuous efforts, education and willingness to respond to needs wherever they arose. Rest now, dear Sister.
