Mary Pearson Taylor

TAYLOR, Mary Pearson, 78, of Richmond, passed away August 18, 2009. She is survived by her husband, Edwin Kenneth Taylor Sr.; four children, Edwin C. Ledford, Marilyn L. Goodman (Scott), Billie Fay Smith and Arthur D. Allen (Cathy); two stepsons, Edwin K. Taylor Jr. and Richard L. Taylor; eight grandchildren and seven great-grand-children. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bliley's-Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Road, where a service will be held 10 a.m. Friday. Interment Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ginter Park Baptist Church or Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, Beaverdam, Va.
