Mary B Vandivor

Mrs. Mary Betty Augustine-Vandivor,80, passed away at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice in Jonesboro, Arkansas on September 25, 2025. She was born on May 26, 1945, to James Chester Hitchcock and Lorene Galloway in Marks Mississippi. She worked for Manila School District as a custodian and was a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Manila, Arkansas. Mrs. Vandivor is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Freddie Vandivor, brothers Richard Carl Hitchcock and James Harold Hitchcock, sister Martha Galloway. She is survived by sons; Timothy (Jane) Augustine of Manila, Arkansas, Darren (Kelly) of El Paso, Texas; three daughters, Alice Benham of Manila, Arkansas, Lisa (Terry) McAbee and Destiny Ellis of Paragould, Arkansas; one brother, James Earnest Hitchcock of Florida, two sisters, Wanda Green of Manila, Arkansas and Brenda Yates of Leachville, Arkansas; 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday September 29, 2025, at First United Pentecostal Church in Manila, Arkansas from 11-12pm with the funeral following at 12pm. Burial will be at Manila Cemetery. Brother Robert White will be officiating services. Wilson Funeral Home will be in charge of services.
