Mary Workman Obituary

Mary "Peg" Workman

Mary "Peg" Workman of Genoa (previously Oregon), passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the Genoa Retirement Village. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, to Clarence and Maxine (Logan) Pelley on September 3, 1937. She graduated from Lake High School in 1955. Peg enjoyed working in her yard, playing the piano and taking long walks.

Peg is survived by her daughters, Diana (Russ) Mead, Donna (Michael) Jablonski, Julie (Denny Jacobs) Lake; daughter-in-law, Connie Workman; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, William Boso. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Workman; sisters, Patricia Moore and Jonnie Boso; brother, Robert Pelley; and her parents.

A private burial will be held. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Those who wish to honor Peg's memory may consider making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org.
