MaryAnn Gloria Espinosa

Loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, MaryAnn Espinosa, 67, of West Jordan, Utah, passed away on February 26, 2025. Born on July 24, 1957, in Farmington, New Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Tafoya. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Robert Espinosa.

MaryAnn spent 38 years in the medical field as a Medical Assistant. She attended the Mountain Church in Sandy for 25+ years, and was devoted to her relationship with Jesus. She loved photography, shopping, reading, ministry, and helping the elderly. She also loved volunteering and helping women at the Pregnancy Resource Center, as well as any time she spent with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her 3 daughters, Misty Ramos (Reggie), Ruth Curtis, and Sasha Espinosa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Arianna Ramos, Angelina Ramos, Ian Curtis, Payton Curtis, and Nevaeh Willis, as well as her brother, Roy Tafoya.

She is preceding death by her brother, Robert Tafoya, Jr., and her parents, Robert and Mary Tafoya. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 10:30 am, at The Mountain Church, 8000 South 300 East, Sandy, Utah. Interment will follow at Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84084.
