MaryLou Petosa

MaryLou Petosa, 87, of Manchester, died Wednesday January 8, 2025 at home in Manchester. Born in Staten Island, NY she lived there for most of her life before moving to Manchester six years ago. MaryLou worked as a school aide for the Board of Education in New York City. She enjoyed cooking and spending time in Atlantic City. She loved watching the Hallmark Movie Channel, Blue Bloods, Food Network and ordering gadgets from QVC. Above all else, she loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2017, as well as her brothers Vincent "Bubby" and George Trimarche. Surviving are her sons, Robert and Gary, daughter Nanci, brother Sam Trimarche and sister Joanne Caggiano; along with six grandchildren: Kristin, Jaclyn, Gary, Joseph, Samantha, Derek and nine great grandchildren: Payton, Madison, Colton, Kane, Sloan, Giuliano, Santino, Gio, and Leo with two more on the way. Memorial Gathering is Friday, January 17 from 11am – 1pm with a 12 pm at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd, Manchester. In lieu of flowers it is preferred to make donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
