My son, Joshua, and I had the privilege of meeting Matthew in Feburary 2001. There were times that Matthew would get so excited and those beautiful blue eyes would have a special twinkle them. Although he is gone from our eyesight, his memory will remain within our hearts and minds from this day forth. May he rest in peace now and enjoy the comforts of eternal joy that can only be found in the Lord's Kingdom.

Matthew always made me smile at MCHS. His warmth and kindness touched my heart every time I had the pleasure of being around him. Matthew, you sure did brighten up the halls of Madison Conuty High School. I also have fond memories of when our church would drop by to sings Christmas Carols. What a joy! We have the hope of meeting up again someday and we shall dance the streets of gold together. Matthew your light will continue to shine from above.
