I just watched the episode of lockup and I was very sad to hear about the passing of Matthew at the end of the episode. He seemed like a really sweet guy. My heart is broken for the mother because I have a son that age, and I can´t imagine the depth of her grief.. Just know that your son is now at peace

So this is the guest book for Matthew Bryan, so very sad. I hope he didn't pass from the old habitsWith little ones, it just breaks my heart for them also his loving momma. Had a thought ..maybe he's flying above like an "Airplane" watching his babies, and sending spiritual love to his momma.

I saw the episode of Lockup that featured Matthew. I am greatly saddened to hear of his passing. I wish to offer the family my condolences. I can´t imagine the pain that his mother has gone through. My heart breaks for her and her family. The family is in my prayers.

I also just seen the episode. He was on. He seemed like a very good person and he had a terrific smile. I would love to have a friend with a smile like that which intern would make me smile I could tell he was a very good person and had a loving mom who very much cared for him. I was sad to see that he had passed away after he was released. I never did research on another inmate lock up before he just seem like such a good person and like most people have made wrong choices when they were young it hurt me when I seen he passed away like I knew him before that I was talking to the screen like you have a nice smile, bro you´re a good guy, etc. etc. Like to say you´re in a better place now watch after your mom I´m sure you do. I hope she finds peace eventually cause I´m sure it really broke her heart. Something awful much love.

I just was Lock Up Extended- regardless of the facts - Matt seemed to be a very kind soul. So sad to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to his mom and children.

My name is Tim Dean, and I just watched the episode on Lock Up Fairfax of which Matthew appeared on...At the end of the documentary , the update said Matthew Bryan had past-a-way, I was in Shock...I am older than Matt but I can relate to some of his characteristic....I am a former Professional Wrestler and current historian on the 1973 Triple Crown Champion Secretariat...Im also a researcher on the life and history of the late actor James Byron Dean...James Dean's 1st cousin is a good friend of mine....I would like to talk to Matt's mom if thats possible...My number is 336-567-8275 if his mom reads this post , if you would , give me a call at your earliest convenience...RIP MATTHEW BRYAN , GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR MOTHER AND FAMILY...

I just watched the episode of Lockup featuring Mathew. I really related to his story. As the episode progressed I had increasing hopes for a positive outcome. When I saw the update that he got his sentenced suspended and got out after a year or less I was still happy for him to begin healing with with children and mother. Id do anything for a mother like that, and I knew he knew how much she loved him. He had internal battles going on that he needed help for. He was taken way too young and was just a little kid. I feel intense pain for his mother and children. Intense deep pain. I hope that can find peace and solace someday. From Southern California I hope the best for your family. See you in the next life buddy.

I just watched Lockup. He captured my heart before I even knew what happened to him. I think it was a sense of innocence he had, and the way he was with him mom. This hurts my heart for him, his mother, and his children. Fly With The Angels Precious One.

I just watched this Episode. What Really Solidified in my heart was , when his mom Came to visit him. My Mom Is Very Similar In many ways , I'm Sad that this man Passed because I have kids....And I'm The Same Age. (2019) He was a good hearted person in this episode One Lockup. I'm Curious To his passing. But I pray That Father God Has Reserved a Spot for him , and Watches Over His Children as he flies high. Most IMPORTANTLY I also pray his mother , finds Some sort of Compensation ,Comfort wise .... Because it sure seemed , She loved him ......So much....R.I.P TO MATTHEW BRYAN
