Matthew's strength was matched only by his kindness. He faced each day with resilience, warmth, and an unshakable belief in the beauty of life. Even through the pain and countless hospital visits, he never lost his joy for conversation or his passion for creating wonder. He had a passion for life and an extraordinary gift for turning strangers into friends.
Matthew leaves behind his devoted wife Kara, four incredible children-Branna (Mitchel) Midyett, Mackenzie Krause, Cody Krause, and Mattie Krause-two cherished grandchildren, and countless friends whom he considered family.
Matthew was preceded in death by his son Christopher, Father Randy Krause, Mother Bettie Ford-McNeill, Maternal Grandparents Charles and Gladys Ford, and Paternal Grandmother Bernice Krause.
